LOW QUALITY IMAGE MAKER · CHROME EXTENSION

Privacy, kept simple.

Last updated: October 24, 2026.

Your photos stay on your device

The extension processes images you choose, drop, or paste inside its editor. It does not upload your images, file names, image metadata, or editing results to a server. Images and edits are held in memory for the current editor tab and are cleared when that tab is closed. Downloads you save remain on your device until you delete them.

No tracking or account

The extension has no analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, or account system. It does not collect or sell personal information and does not read your browsing history, inspect website content, or run scripts on the pages you visit.

Clipboard access

The clipboardWrite permission supports the Copy image button. The extension writes the processed image to your clipboard only when you click that button. It does not request clipboardRead access. Pasting into the editor is handled only when you explicitly paste an image.

Network and website links

All code, the sample photo, and effect thumbnails are packaged with the extension. Editing works offline. Website and support links open only when you click them. Visiting badqualityimagemaker.com is separate from using the extension and is covered by the website's privacy policy.
